Public browsing
You can read the guides and provider sources without an account. The site is served through Sites hosting, which handles web requests and platform-level access. This page does not claim that infrastructure logs are never created.
Plans saved on your device
The guest planners save locally only when you choose to save. Provider comparisons use session storage. Saved local plans do not sync to an email account. Other people using the same browser may be able to see them. Remove saved plans with the planner’s delete control or clear this site’s browser data.
Protected pilot records
Existing pilot accounts are separate from public guest planning. They process account identity, email, structured test preferences and timestamps. Server-side access checks restrict records to authorised users and roles. Ordinary email membership is not open.
Information this release does not accept
Do not enter diagnoses, medical histories, passport numbers or payment-card details. Medical files and patient photographs are not collected here. Open external provider links only when you are ready to review that provider’s own privacy terms.
For clinics
This form stores your organisation name, city, website, contact name, business email, language and scope preferences for application review. Only authorised administrators can access the record. A daily changing network digest helps limit unwanted submissions. Your details are not automatically published as a profile or added to marketing lists.

The legal operator, data-controller contact, processing grounds, retention periods and international-transfer arrangements are not yet fully specified here. This page is a current-use disclosure, not a completed legal notice. These details must be completed before ordinary membership and real patient or booking services are opened.
